Visual Arts Department Presents: Senior Visual Arts Thesis Exhibition: Amaryllis

NMSA’s Senior Visual Art Class presents the exhibition Amaryllis, named after a delicate flower symbolizing determination, passion and beauty. Over the past year together, they have created a collection of individual bodies of work; rich with themes of identity, culture, and creativity. Represented is a range of mediums as diverse as the class itself– from large sculptures and canvases, intricate jewelry and comic books all the way to installation experiences, Amaryllis will transport you through the world of artistic vibrancy that is quintessential to the seniors final capstone project. Exhibition statement by Jay Myers ’24.

Join us for the public opening of Amaryllis!
