Huge congratulations to NMSA’s String Chamber Orchestra, led by Carla Kountoupes, selected as the ALL-STATE HONOR ORCHESTRA!!! The ensemble was selected from submissions all over the state and will perform at the NMMEA All-State Music Conference at Popejoy Hall in Albuquerque in front of 2,000 of NM’s top HS musicians and the entire NM music education community — a distinction that reflects the extraordinary dedication of our students and the strength of their artistry. Bravo!
