Perspective Opening Ceremony

Students enjoyed an informative talk from “Perspective” juror Claire Motsinger, VA Alumnus ‘16, as she shared about her education and career path since graduating NMSA.  Mostinger is the Curator at the Millicent Rogers Museum in Taos. Above, Claire Motsinger talks to our Visual Arts students about her career and pathway toward a degree in Museum Studies and her role as curator.

Celebrating Ciela’s “Sweater Weather” ceramic, inspired by their favorite sweater – chosen for the “Perspective” juried exhibition. Big thanks to Ciela Stillings and Ronan Oberteuffer-Bailey for helping VA Faculty install the “Perspective” exhibition.
