Our students are deeply committed to their craft, often pursuing a variety of theatre opportunities outside of the school day. From professional performances to internships with local companies, they continue to expand their skills and gain valuable experience in the arts community. Here are some recent highlights of their work beyond the classroom.
- Carlos Sigala (Senior) recently performed in Ruido de Cadenas (Rattling Chains) by Nasario García at the annual Theatre Walk, hosted by Teatro Paraguas on September 21st. Carlos has worked with Teatro Paraguas on several occasions, including last year’s production of Mariana Pineda by Federico García Lorca.
- Alex Kutsko (Junior) is gaining valuable experience as a backstage intern at the Santa Fe Playhouse.
- Amelia Proffitt (Sophomore) spent her summer interning with Santa Fe Classic Theatre, working on their production of Twelfth Night at the Santa Fe Botanical Garden.
